Functionalities
Data importing and exporting:
Allows with great facility the incorporating and importing of data from the Bank, Financial, Cooperative or other related enterprise with the financial group to SIEF’s own databases through DTS (Data Transformation Services), .CSV archives generated via Excel and direct connections to Microsoft SQL-Server and Access databases.
Information validation process:
Such process allows users to apply the validation rules established by the SUGEF to data incorporated to SIEF determining errors, if such, and suggesting its causes, which facilitates its corresponding correction before generating the XML archives, guaranteeing that way its reliability and consistence of such.
XML archives generation:
Allows the generation of XML Archives to each of the defined data classes by the SUGEF. The previous data validation, before sending the corresponding XML archives to the SUGEF, represents one of the system’s high points, so that it allows users to realize satisfactory deliveries without incurring loss of time.
